I cannot recommend based on my recent visit. I can't fit the entire story here, but here is my experience in a nutshell: I booked a simple cleaning and noted I had recent X-rays from 6 months ago. On arrival, I was told I had to submit to new X-rays or I would lose the appointment. I was basically told I was silly for being nervous about radiation, and finally I agreed solely to get the cleaning.However, immediately after the scans were taken, I was told they could not clean my teeth that day due to needing to submit the x-rays to insurance before getting approval for a cleaning, rules they were aware of before the appointment began.When I raised this with Dr. Conboy, he did not offer a solution. Instead, he attributed the scheduling errors to the off-site phone staff. I asked is he would tell them so avoid this happening to others and he said, 'they are paid $10 per hour, so...'. I found the response dismissive, as I left with unnecessary radiation exposure and no dental cleaning.
