I had one knee done in 2022 and the other most recently in 2025. Both times I had a great experience with the office staff, Dr. Poole and Treasure Valley Hospital. They take extra precautions at Dr. Poole’s office to prevent infection prior to surgery and afterwards. Dr. Poole is very thorough and professional. There is good reason why he is best in the Valley at what he does.
