Dr. Buggs-Saxton is sent straight from God. The patient care connection was instant. Her presence from when she enters the room is immediately loving, warm, caring, gentle, soothing, calming, and reassuring. Her bedside manner is something that cannot be taught she was born with it. From start to finish our visit was phenomenal and it was more than worth the 45 minute drive. Dr. Buggs-Saxton takes her time with the examination, she is very knowledgeable, very honest, very thorough, understanding, and will answer any questions you have. I only wish she was my child's doctor from the very start but everything happens in God's timing and in perfect timing. Dr. Buggs-Saxton's staff is very professional her nurse is very sweet and warm and is a delight to be around. The medical assistant was just as nice and inviting and very sweet as well. All the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The entire experience at the office is what you always want to experience so I am very thankful
