Patient Reviews
Feb 17, 2025
Dr. Rapp comes off cold, with zero bedside manner which when dealing with cancer patients there should be some level of comfort given by the provider. Would ask questions that he couldn’t answer, and then would turn around and ask me how I would like to do my rounds of radiation, again without being able to answer my questions of what the pros and cons of 16 vs 25 would be. His nurse answered the majority of all questions. Doctor wouldn’t make direct eye contact with me, the patient, but would to me husband. Of the five appointments I was supposed to have with him, one he rescheduled and three I saw one the partners. (Who was wonderful, and would prefer to always see) Left every appointment more confused and more scared than any appointments I ever had with oncology. He speaks down to the patient, but then is unable to answer questions clearly. While I feel like he knew what he was doing, he would be better off to have zero face time with patients.
