After speaking with Dr. Corey Foster twice over the weekend, he assured me that he is taking steps to implement meaningful changes, acknowledging that a serious breakdown in communication occurred—something he was completely unaware of until he saw my Facebook post. He expressed gratitude that I shared publicly, as it brought the issue to his attention, and he emphasized that he values all feedback, whether positive or negative.First thing this morning, Dr. Foster’s office manager called to offer a heartfelt apology and sincere condolences for the loss of my mother. She assured me that corrective action was being taken and that Dr. Foster would follow up with me after their meeting. She also asked if I would be willing to speak with the staff member who had previously contacted me, and I agreed.That staff member did call, but the conversation was brief and lacking in sincerity. While she did offer an apology and acknowledged my mother’s passing, the interaction did not feel meaning
