For someone who finished their residency as recently as 2011, Cudzilo acts like it's the 1950s, when doctors were considered gods. He does not like to be questioned and does not respect the patient's and family's choices. Cudzilo needs to take some updated classes in Family Centered Care and Informed Consent.
