Dr. Horan is the most dismissive doctor I have ever encountered. Her bedside manner is atrocious, and there is ZERO empathy. I went in with a dental abscess and EXTREME pain to the point of vomiting and truly feeling like I was going to die. She offered a nausea medicine and a lidocaine shot and spouted “i’m not a dentist.” I told her I know that, it’s the weekend, and I just need help getting through the weekend, to which she replied “that still doesn’t make me a dentist.” Not one time did she recognize the intense pain I was in. Instead she offered laughable remedies and immediately discharged. I cannot in good conscience recommend her to ANYONE. Truly the worst emergency medicine doctor I’ve ever encountered.

Dr. Horan is dismissive, and has terrible bedside manner. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to her.
