Good physician . But staff needs a refresher course in customer service . I walked in to make an appointment . There was no one on line so i walked over to the receptionist who promptly looked up and said "WILL YOU PLEASE STEP BACK TO LINE". Um...I perfectly understanding patient confidentiality but A Good Morning would have been nice. Behavior health is a sensitive field employees of this practice should be fully trained to deal with people who are vulnerable and emotional.
