Saw Dr Harris for routine crown in Sept 2020. He could not get the new crown to fit so he just kept drilling and drilling. ( taking a chunk out of new crown above). After being in pain for 3 more months I went back and he said he would need to pop off new crown and do root canal. And since he was doing that he wanted to make a new crown as he did not like the way this crown was sitting. So he did and it felt better until June of 2022 when this new crown fell out! I expect a crown to last more than 18 mos. I went to my new dentist and there is no way to save this tooth. It now needs an implant ! I called Harris’ office and office manager said my new dentist just wants to make more money on me and I informed her my new dentists doesn’t even do extractions or implants. The office manager told me she would talk with Dr Harris and call me back. Well I’m still waiting. This dentist has very bad reviews and has been reported to my insurance company! They are looking into his history.
