Patient Reviews
Nov 09, 2025
This doctor charged my insurance for the 1min unsolicited call he made. He scheduled multiple visits and did not solve my throat issue. After 2 unnecessary appointments, I called the office to clarify what would happen at my upcoming visit, as I’m not from Tarrytown and needed to plan my time. The office manager said someone would follow up, and shortly after, the doctor called me for about a minute to explain a test he intended to perform. To my surprise, I later received a bill for this brief, unsolicited call—both my insurance and I were charged. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional as it was not a scheduled tele appointment but a random call he chose to make. This doctor focused on generating additional billing and didn't help me. Additionally, these tests turned out to be unnecessary. He had misdiagnosed me with GERD. Upon seeing another ENT, I was prescribed an antibiotic for bacterial infections, and my problem went away in 7 days.
