Office staff personable and efficient; medical assistants professional enough although personal bias came through on more than one occasion. Because I liked the doctor I let it slide, until the doctor’s bias also came through. The office responds timely to calls but doesn’t always answer the question needing a reply thereby necessitating a follow up call. My biggest concern is personal bias. The doctor, and assistant, let personal bias be reflected in answers to questions and concerns. Simply give advice based on current medical status and if necessary express your opinion and state that it is your personal opinion. In this day and age I need a physician who can be more open to discussing options.
