Dr Chiang recently treated my wife for a Dislocated shoulder in The ER. Her wonderful bedside manner and calm reassuring presence was welcomed, at what was a very difficult and painful time for my wife. She as well as the orthopedic team were able to resolve the situation and provide great comfort to my wife. I thank Dr Chiang and the entire ER team for the care they provided.
