Dr. Jones was articulate with regard to the surgery he was preparing me for. What overwhelmed me the most was his kindness and gentleness. When he assured me that he would be there and do everything possible to help me through the surgery, I believed him. If some reason that I have to have surgery again, I will request him to be part of the care team.
