We have seen Dr. Parnes two times and have spoken once on the phone. I do not doubt his knowledge and ability but his bedside manner is terrible. The phone call was during the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak when our child had a fever. I called because that is what another doctor at the practice had advised us to do (during a wellness visit a week prior). I got an earful about how annoying Dr. Parnes thinks parents are. He was absolutely rude to us and I couldn't get off the phone fast enough! We love the practice we go to but will not be seeing Dr. Parnes in the future.
