Office staff is terrible. 2 months later and my son still doesn't have his prescription because the staff can't code correctly. Dr. Chen is fantastic, but no good if the rest of her staff can get you the medication prescribed. They also never return calls when they say they will. I'm giving her another week to fix the issues before I move on to another doctor.
