After having mesh removed and 3 additional surgeries for urinary incontinence at UCLA I was looking for a doctor closer to home. I met with her and she said she could help. She did surgery and tightened my own tissue sling and tacked bladder up. On the way home from the surgery i began to suffer with horrible retention and ended up in the ER. Ended up going to the ER 4 more times for retention and had never had this problem before. i went back to her office and they taught me how to self-catheter for when this happens. so now I have to deal with a new problem that i never had before and she didn't correct the incontinence problem i went to her for.
