Was referred to Dr Russo 2 years ago by my internist. My first visit was with Dr Russo herself, who ran a ton of tests and then went through them with me. That was the last time I saw her. In addition to a gym referral she suggested hormone pellets. At first they were amazing and helped me feel a lot better. Getting an appt was easy and her staff would call me regularly to check in. Over time however, I was passed to her Physician’s Assistant and then to the assistant to the PA. It became difficult to coordinate my care between the office and my Internist (Dr Russo’s staff insist on using Quest Diagnostics, but I had to do the work to share with my doc). Over time I felt like I was just in a factory, the personal service dropped off a cliff. My last visit they told me they wouldn’t schedule my next one because my levels were fine. I felt dropped. Don’t recommend
