If you want to speak to a real person forget it. None of the procedures Dr Pohlman did helped me in the least. His office staff does not follow through with most requests. I needed a back brace and after waiting in pain fr more than two weeks I went to my chiropractor and immediately got the brace. I asked for a form to take to motor vehicle for a handicap card and after 2.5 weeks I went to my reumatologist and got it from him. I asked for a prescription for physical therapy and after also waiting more than two weeks for that I got it from another doctor. This may be an office problem but Dr. Pohlman is not on top of these issues. Can’t cancel appointments either.
