Pre-procedure, I called a few times to ascertain the correct prep. I was told to observe the directions on the meds. Days later, someone from the office left a message, but never said not to follow the written directions on the medication which turned out to be wrong. During the procedure, they used something I am allergic to--which is listed on my medical history. After I advised them of this issue, they canceled the follow-up appointment. Would not recommend this practice.
