Dr. Daniel Blaustein, MD was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than listening to my symptoms or offering real treatment, she seemed more focused on getting me out of the hospital as quickly as possible. It felt like I was a burden instead of a patient needing care. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to take my condition seriously were deeply disturbing and disheartening. No one should be treated like that especially not when they’re vulnerable and in pain. To make matters worse, the assigned caseworker, Joanne, was even more inappropriate. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and her behavior toward me was disgusting. It was clear she had no interest in helping me navigate my care or recovery. Instead, I was made to feel judged and unwelcome. Overall, my time at Saint Barnabas Hospital left me feeling dehumanized and neglected. I expected a hospital to be a place of healing and support, but instead, I experienced the exact opposite. I strongly urge the hospital administration to address the unprofessional conduct of their staff and take steps to ensure no other patient is treated the way I was.
