Waited 3 months to see the doctor for a simple Pap smear test, as a new patient I gave all my information to the office when I made the appointment. So, drove to the address on my referral paper and found a sign that said the office was closed and gave the new address. As this new address was in Queen of the Valley parking lot, parking was impossible, putting me late for the appointment. The staff member who was doing the Covid checks at the door, said she couldn't find my appointment on the list. She then turned me over to the woman, wearing an excessive amount of eye makeup (she didn't give me her name), who informed me they must have lost all my information in the move. I would now have to wait another month to get my test done. She was Extremely sarcastic when I told her that I was a student and was missing class for this to which she responded "Oh, that's sad". She was unapologetic for this mix up and a total loss of my info. I now have to request another referral as the date will
