I have struggled with high blood pressure for yrs. This doctor's straight forward approach, literally changed my life. He placed me on a low sodium diet. Told me to walk 20 minutes a day and eat healthy. Eight weeks later I am 13 pounds lighter, jogging 3 plus miles 6 days a week, eating healthy, light weight work out and taking prescribed meds as needed. Blood pressure normal. Definitely would recommend this doctor if you are willing to change and want to be healthy. I almost forgot I am 62 yrs old.
