Dr. Nan is one of the best endodontist I've seen! He truly cares and is a very personable person. I had a severe dental accident and had been working with a different endodontist. He stepped in and it was like he was taking care of me the whole entire time. He knew my file. He knew what I had gone through and he still cared. Both in room assistance that I've experienced have also been very very pleasant. His office staff could use a customer service upgrade though. Sometimes they're short and come off as very rude.
