While I was in the office Dr Feitz was nice and seemed genuinely concerned. My husbands appointment was great but they forgot his prescriptions and failed to call it in after numerous attempts. His office staff seemed very disorganized. This office is also hard to reach by phone. They do not call with appointment reminders.
