My daughter has been going to Dr. Neely about 5 years. She went there for an annual exam. She wears contacts and he was the original doctor who started her on contacts. Anyway, she went for exam and he only wrote script for glasses. My wife asked about a contact prescription and he said use the same one from last year. We went to get RX filled and they needed a current script. We called office back and they said they would not fill rx without visit (like the one we just had). They also encourged us to see new doctor since she is now 14. The staff was pretty rude to my wife. I am dissapointed in Dr. Neely and expected more from him after all these years. DISSAPOINTING!
