I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2021 at 32 years old. It’s taken me 4 years to be able to grasp what happened to me during my time at North Memorial Cancer Center and leave this review. I would not recommend Dr. Pease to a cancer patient, especially if you’re a young woman with breast cancer. He admitted to withholding allergy warnings from me because I have anxiety, immediately AFTER I had anaphylactic shock during my first chemo infusion. What he did wasn’t right and left me with a great deal of trauma. I thought I was going to die and then couldn’t trust my doctors as a result of his words. I found a new onco and continued treatment at MN Oncology. A doctor shouldn't intentionally withhold the risks of a treatment. His words are in my memory; “We didn’t tell you this could happen because it’s so rare and we didn’t want you to have anxiety about it.” -Dr. Pease
