First off, it is true that the wait time is often long, but not always. But there is a reason for that. Dr. Goodeill takes the time to listen to his patients, and takes the time, and extra time if needed, to answer questions. Because of this, I don't mind waiting extra time to see him. If he's running late he will apologize, but he will still take the time needed to ask me questions, and answer my questions. In addition, he takes the time to review my data with me, and tells me what it all means, and what I need to do about it.
