We had an appointment on a Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and we arrived a few minutes early and they took us back within a reasonable amount of time but then they left us in a patient room for over 2 hours and then when the doctor finally came in Dr heiner he was dismissive rude and we did not feel like he listened to anything we said and basically was very quick to act like there were no options available for help and he had a horrible bedside manner he was abrasive had horrible bedside manner and after making us wait for so long with no legit explanation right before he left he just said well I've been up all night and then just kind of walked out the patient room and that was it just kind of left us hanging and it was just horrible experience all around.
