HORRIBLE. My husband was referred here by our GP for sleep apnea. We explained that my husband has enlarged tonsils and would like that investigated as a cause as others in his family have the same issue. Initial exam was questions from the doctor sitting clear across the room. He never actually examined my husband or came within 3 feet of him. After the sleep study, we were told he needs a CPAP; when we questioned about enlarged tonsils, my husband was told he would no longer be a patient and his paperwork would be ready for pick up whenever we wanted. Then we start getting the bills. We'd leave messages to pay them over the phone via credit card, but no calls back. Then the late notice letters would come and again, no calls back. I finally was able to get a hold of someone after a few months, confirmed the balance, paid IN FULL and now we are getting late notices for an outstanding $6.85. Again, unable to get a hold of anyone after numerous voicemails. Incompetence abounds here.
