Very thorough and explains everything to the patient. He answered all my questions and was very kind.

I saw Dr. Montgomery in the evening hours on April 25, 2023, after poking my left eye with a screwdriver, leaving my eye with internal bleeding and irritable. While waiting outside the emergency room at Sun City's Banner Del Webb, Dr. Montgomery came outside to meet me. After I explained what had occurred and how my eye was feeling, Dr. Montgomery TOOK OUT HIS CELL PHONE AND USED THE PHONE FLASHLIGHT to look into my injured eye. Dr. Montgomery advised he did not believe I had anything other than a "superficial" injury and prescribed antibiotic drops for precautionary treatment. My injury was diagnosed using a cell phone flashlight. Wow! I left the ER, and the next a.m. went immediately to my eye doctor who removed metal from my cornea! I disputed the ER bill and was denied. Dr. Montgomery is the EMS Director, imagine that! In the review, Dr. Montgomery stated he requested I go inside the ER for further treatment, and I declined. There was no request! Where's the integrity, Sir?!!
