Patient Reviews
May 22, 2023
To start my visit, Dr. West came to the waiting room to get me. Instead of just looking at test results, Dr. West spent 1/2 hour asking questions and listening to my concerns. He was very witty and personable which helped put me at ease. Eventhough there was nothing he could do or offer as an answer to my problem, Dr. West put my mind at ease that my blood pressure problems were not a heart problem. I expected to be depressed that there was no explanation for my issue yet Dr West made me feel like he was just a stepping stone to find the real reason for my issue. I wish all doctors were that caring, understanding, non-judgmental, reassuring, and compassionate. It took 3 months to get in to see him but definitely worth the wait.
