Patient Reviews
Jul 14, 2025
This review is less about Dr Ross than it is about his office’s patient communications execution. Dr Ross only sees patients once a year so whenever you have a concern you must communicate with your assigned APRN. The problem is you can never reach her on the phone and your voice messages go unanswered. Unlike all my other health care providers, Emerald Coast does not offer la patient portal, a proven method for facilitating timely communication between health care providers and their patients. They don’t even allow patients to ask questions about prescriptions, referring them instead to your pharmacy which is prohibited from answering the question I had about weaning myself off a drug with serious side effects. Again, voice messages to my APRN went unanswered. They also don’t offer telehealth appointments. If you believe good communication is the key to good health care, go elsewhere.
