I had a colonoscopy done by Dr Stein on 10/4/2022 at Froedtert Hospital. I'm very surprised at some of the negative reviews on Healthgrades as they are the opposite of the experience I had today. The entire procedure - from the appointment scheduling to the communication from him and the Froedtert team on the MyChart app to the check-in and all the nurses and staff that assisted him was top-notch. He stopped in to see me before the procedure and took his time inquiring as to my concerns and he explained everything in detail without being hurried in any way. There was a letter explaining the preliminary results in my MyChart file from Dr. Stein by the time I woke up from the procedure. He is in-charge of the IBS program at Froedtert. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone.
