Had to have an implant after one of my teeth cracked up. I really do pay attention to the aspect of customer service as an indicator of what level of care I will get in the chair. Staff was incredibly friendly and conversant. Felt like they really enjoyed their jobs and valued their customers. Made me feel at ease. The dental assistant was the same way; so outgoing and kind. Dr. Thunell exemplified all of the above and did an outstanding job with the tooth...or lack of it. Ended up with very little pain or discomfort. He actually called me personally the day after the procedure to check on my condition. Don't have the tooth on the post yet, but from what I can tell it's gonna be a sweet fit. Of course, the only downside is that you have to pay for it. If you've ever had an implant, you know it ain't cheap. I've vowed to eat less popcorn in the future. But highly recommend Dr. Thunell and his staff if you ever find yourself one day chewing on pieces of your own teeth.
