Called once 'cause I had vertigo & needed a refill of my medicine. I realized he would be working on his schedule but all I wanted was a refill. Husband had to drive me 'cause I could barely stand & stomach was very upset. I had to wait 1 hour & 45 minutes to get a script. I wasn't a new patient, been there over 15 yrs; also had vertigo several times. I felt this was an uncalled situation & someone should have stepped in & told him my situation.
