Dr. Palermo is one of the absolute best psychiatrists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is kind, open-minded, nonjudgmental, and professional (but also a little sassy in the best way possible). I am so grateful for her honesty, validation and support during what has been an incredibly hurtful and difficult time in my life. An absolute gem.
