While this provider is very nice when speaking to my little one, I always felt rushed with my questions during my child’s appointments. As a FTP, it is important to me to have a provider that can thoroughly address any questions or concerns I have. There were multiple appointments where this provider was actively trying to leave as I was still asking her questions. There have also been multiple times during my child’s appointments that this provider brushed over some concerns I had about my child’s health without telling me how to manage her symptoms or help me figure out what exactly was going on. I have also had a really difficult time obtaining referrals or responses to my messages from this provider. Also, this provider is usually not available for any last minute appointments if your child is sick. She is usually only available if you schedule months in advance. Due to all of this and her rude front desk staff at her clinic, I would advise that other parents go elsewhere.
