I have been a patient of Dr Bush for going on 18 years. He has been a total life-saver to me from the moment I walked into his office. He goes above and beyond to make me feel "better" just by walking in the room, always with a smile, a compliment or some type of encouragement. Then the real treatment begins. He can find places on my body that hurt that I wasn't even completely aware of! His knowledge of one's body and the issues they are facing is amazing! He's professional, he's kind, he's caring, why go anywhere else!? His staff follow right along to the same beat. They're also right there for you.

My experience at Dr Darin Bush's office could not have been worst. I went there for a knee pain, to inject Hyaluronic Acid. In every single visit the office would messed up. They would forget to charge my copay, they would leave me for a while in the room waiting to be treated (they forgot me there), etc. One year later, I called as I needed the same treatment again. Before I drive several miles, i wanted to make sure they had Hyaluronic Acid so I wouldn't have to wait or lose a visit as it happened on the previous year. I also explain how much in pain I was and asked to expedite. A week later I called to follow up and they had no idea about my request. I had to repeat all over again. A few days later, same thing. I got fed up and said i was going to talk to the doctor directly. A day later she calls me saying I owned them X amount and i would have to talk to their finance office and settle that before being seen. They could not do it themselves. I asked what it was and she did not want to explain, just said that due to covid the charges were never sent to me for 1 year. I called and emailed the finance office multiple times, requested the invoice and gave them my credit card at least 3X. They said they did not understand why the office was not processing my credit card. The office manager start sending multiple invoices due to late payment. I recorded all my attempt to pay in my email exchanges with the finance office. My close friend, decided to help me and called the Dr. Office saying that her niece was going to get married and she was trying to help by paying her bill. The office manager promptly said that she could pay over the phone with her and stop by the office to get the receipt. Once my friend gave my name her reaction was... "Oh,,,," She process the payment and my friend got the receipt. This office is extremely bias, not client oriented, awful customer service and management. By the way, in the bill it was saying that all that I owned was the copays. I have proof in my bank account I paid all copays. I paid as it would be a hassle to go to court. My recommendation is to find a better place to be treated. Going to the doctor is an experience and the office is a big part of it.
