He’s okay if and when you can reach him, but he can never he reached. He has an “AI assistant” who will take your request for prescription refills and assure you that the prescriptions are on their way to the pharmacy. But they never arrive, and never get refilled. Also, it’s impossible to reach a human being by phone. He has a cell phone for messages only, but he never responds to those either. Instead, search for a doctor you can actually reach.
