The office operates by ensuring you that their insurance practices are in your best interest however they do a very poor job at verifying your insurance coverage is accepted at the office and do not submit the estimate for work until after it is complete. The end result is the patient is responsible for the cost and the office staff guidance never addresses the gap in their process. Go to another dental practice!
