Dr. Kessler was over an hour late. He failed to apologize or shake my hand. He looked in my mouth for maybe 5 seconds at most, didn't make sure my x-rays were accurate and current. He was dismissive, condescending and showed little interest in addressing concerns in a professional manner. Most importantly he didn't make me feel comfortable enough to want to work with him. Trust is so important in this industry, and if you can't make a patient feel at ease you should consider a different industry.
