On March 10, 2022, I was scheduled for a follow/up appointment at 1:00 pm. I arrived on time and was greeted by the receptionist and was in the exam room around 1:08 pm. The nurse asked for the reason for my visit and said that Dr. Spott will be with me shortly. However, I sat in the exam room for an hour, and no one came in the room to provide an update. I had to cancel my appointment and was not able to be seen by Dr. Spott. Now, I have scheduled an appointment with a new dermatology practice.
