I recently had my first steroid injection with Dr Velling and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Walking into the office, I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Velling immediately put me at ease with his warm and friendly demeanor. He took the time to greet me with a smile and made sure I felt comfortable in the environment. What impressed me the most was his extensive knowledge of the procedure. He talked me through every step, explaining what to expect and addressing any concerns I had. His ability to communicate clearly and patiently helped alleviate my anxiety, making the entire experience much more pleasant than I anticipated. Dr. Velling was not only professional but also truly seems to care about his patients. You can tell he is dedicated to providing the best care possible. He listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel valued as a patient, which is something I really appreciate. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine compassion. After my procedure, I felt confident in my decision to trust him with my care, and I will absolutely return to Dr. Velling if I need ANY further procedures done for my back. I completely trust him and have no doubts about the quality of care I will receive. In summary, I had an outstanding experience, and I can’t recommend Dr. Velling enough! I give him 10 stars for his professionalism, knowledge, and the genuine care he provides to his patients. If you're seeking a doctor who truly has your best interests at heart. Dr. Velling went above and beyond to ensure I got the proper care and comfort during a radiofrequency ablation I had with him. This was my second time at his clinic and first procedure by him and I am truly impressed by all the care and comfort he provided. He is very friendly, he listens and is very knowledgeable. I would travel from anywhere in the world to repeat this procedure with Dr. Velling. He did much better than previous pain specialists. I highly recommend him.
