The good: The doctor I saw was great. The Bad: Front office people are RUDE! they act like you are bothering them. When you tell them you want to make a payment for your copay they blow you off with some excuse as why they could not take it. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a job in itself, no one answers or if you do they just answer saying hold and you are on hold for 10 to 20 mins if they even come back to you. Next is the billing Department. They say I owe money but won't give me a balance plus I have not gotten any bills in the mail and the Patient portal does not show if you owe or not. I had an appointment and they called to cancel it and I called back to reschedule it and that was a chore as to never got anyone til the 4th time I called, than they tell me they will all me back and that was 3 hrs later to tell me I had a outstanding balance and needed to call the business office, so I called and the phone just kept ringing and no one answered. Than I called back the next day at 10am on a thursday and get a recording stating that the business office is closed. Finally 4 days later I got a call from someone in the business office and her named started with an R, can't recall the name but she says I see you need an appointment and I said I did, she says well you owe money, I asked how much she says how much can you pay, I tell her I am on disability and can pay a little at a time, she says well thats not my problem and I say I can pay $20 a month she says well until you pay your bill you cannot see the doctor and cannot get the meds refilled. I said send me a detailed bill so we shall see what happens I guess I can't get the meds the doc ordered.
