Caused me to have an allergic reaction to a medication and gave me Takotsubo Syndrome. I had told him on several occasions that I didn't like the way albuterol made me feel after a nebulizer treatment. He said I had to do the treatment anyway. I ended up in the hospital for 7 days while they worked to stabilize my blood pressure. Fortunately there wasn't any permanent damage to my heart. Will not see or recommend him again.
