Patient Reviews
Apr 09, 2018
Staff is horrible, my pharmacy and I have tried for 2 weeks to contact Dr. Kim for a change in my glaucoma drops due to an insurance change. No one has called to change the script to a prescription that my insurance will fill. Also, wait times are horrible. I've been seeing Dr. Kim for 8 years and every appt is the same, at least an hour and a half wait if I'm lucky and up to 3 hours at times. I like Dr. Kim, but I'm a nurse and can't wait 3 hours for an appt. Will have to see another MD.
