My spouse had vision testing in late June which yielded dx of legal blindness. Saw Dr Latufo early July and was not told. Had surgery in September and vision was blurry post surgery, Dr only scheduled one follow up post op. Finally in an early December appointment at our request, the dx was disclosed. Office very dismissive. Complaints filed with licensing agencies to no avail. This office was not monitoring patient in a vigilant manner. Glaucoma is a thief and my spouse did not receive proactive care. We requested a letter stating his June test results were such that my spouse was legally blind, the practice refused, saying the results were inconclusive!
