I have had this doctor for far too long. He has continually made it incredibly difficult to get the things I needed done, endlessly quick to prescribe medication without any prior questioning that never helped and forced me to do my own research to help myself instead (yknow, his job) and constantly forgets every issue I bring up to him, misses paperwork and so on. I have had to keep this doctor accountable by recording proof of certain interactions just to get him to submit and believe me and not try to persecute me. Horribly unprofessional and truly doesn't belong in any sort of patient care.
