Patient Reviews
May 05, 2025
As the carer for a family member with stage 4 Parkinson's Disease, I have been to my fair share of various types of doctors. Dr Koster is BY FAR the WORST doctor I have ever been to in my life. He was a 1/2 hour late with no apology, did not knock before entering the room, no greeting, no introduction and never addressed my family member who was actually the patient. He was short tempered, irritable, condescending, demanding in his line of questioning and spoke to me like he thought I was an idiot. Most of the appointment time was taken up by his painstakingly slow handwritten notes to questions that were in no way related to ONCOLOGY (which is what my family member was there for). His bedside manner could literally be construed as a form of abuse. Less than midway through the appointment, I had the thought to walk out, which I should have done and fired him on the spot. I will regret not having the satisfaction of doing that.
