Was in hospital for lime disease. and bells palsey. amongst over side effects from it. One of the staff set up a follow up appointment. So I put day and time in my calendar on my phone. Yesterday was appointment I had written down 10:45 .At 9:20 I was eating breakfast. Got a text your appointment is at 9:45.Panic set in so called doctors office. Of course get the 10 minute recorded message that's nothing but a waste of time. Finally 20 minutes later get a human being.H says he central scheduling. I explain I need to speak to someone in office. By this time I'm in car and heading to office it's 10:00 He connects me to office. Woman answers.I say My name is Jamie Napoletano and I'm trying to see what time my appointment is.She immediately says Your already late for it. Tried to explain what happened but she didn't care to hear it. And I flipped out on her and canceled the appointment. And I still don't have a doctor. Or even a follow up. on this lime disease . Thanks for you unk
